Crews Working To Fix Franklin Park Water Main Break

FRANKLIN PARK (KDKA) – Crews are working to fix a water main that broke this morning and sent water shooting 50 feet into the air in Franklin Park.

According to officials at the scene, the break happened near the intersection of West Ingomar Road and Bellwood Drive around 4 a.m.

Crews were able to turn off the water shortly after 6 a.m. to begin making repairs.

At least one home in the area suffered water damage.

The cause of the break is unknown at this time.
